Under the campaign finance laws, the maximum contribution allowed is $1,000 per individual or corporation. Of course, any contribution is greatly appreciated.
About Judge Marsh
Background:
- J. Lee Marsh was born and raised in Tallahassee.
- 3rd generation Leon County Public Schools graduate (valedictorian).
- Attended Leon County Public Schools from elementary through high school.
Commitment to service:
- U.S. Naval Academy graduate.
- Retired Navy submariner and Judge Advocate.
- Former Assistant Attorney General.
- Active in local church and civic organizations.
Experienced:
- Practiced criminal, family, civil, ethics, and labor law during 20-year Navy career.
- Navy specialist in the prosecution of sexual assault.
- Civil defense lawyer for the Florida Attorney General.
- Presided for 8 years as a family, civil, and felony court judge.
Family:
- Married 30 years to high school sweetheart (now a local preschool teacher).
- Two daughters, one currently attends a Leon County Public High School and the other is a recent college graduate, working in Atlanta.
Judge Marsh is committed to upholding the law and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
